Biography :
I am very excited to be a new agent with United Real Estate Solutions. I am relatively new to the real estate industry. I come from a dry cleaning background, spending 18 years in a dry cleaning plant then an additional 11 years in dry cleaning equipment and supply sales. This is where I get my passion for making the old new again. I got my start in real estate as a property investor partner in the Knoxville area, buying neglected homes and restoring them for resale. This experience has helped me learn the neighborhoods that are on the rise, and more importantly, identify problem areas in older homes and quickly determine whether the house is a ‘diamond in the rough’, or better left to someone else.
In addition to Real Estate, I enjoy looking for old and neglected furniture and antiques to clean and restore for private use and/or for use in staging the homes I sell. I continue my first career path by restoring designer handbags.
